This is my weekly commitment to the four dimensions housed within the philosophy of Te Whare Tapa Whā. A fifth dimension (Whenua) is also listed in alignment with Dev Academy teachings.
1) Taha Tinana (physical wellbeing)
- Exercise: 5x per week
- Earthing on Lawn: x2 per day (10min)
- Partner massages: x3 per week
- Cold shower: x3 per week
- Minimise Alcohol: max 6 drinks per week
2) Taha Hinengaro (emotional and mental wellbeing)
- AoteaBROa mens circle: x1 per fortnight
- Meditation: x1 per day (15min)
- Earthing on Lawn: x2 per day (10min)
- Reading before sleep (no screens): x3 per week
- Minimise Alcohol: max 6 drinks per week
3) Taha Wairua (spiritual wellbeing)
- Meditation: x1 per day (15min)
- Gratitude Prayer: x1 per day (as I feed my son)
- Cold shower: x3 per week
- Minimise Alcohol: max 6 drinks per week
4) Taha Whānau (family wellbeing)
- Partner massages: x3 per week
- Family dinner: every day
- Outdoor adventure: x2 per week
- Minimise Alcohol: max 6 drinks per week
5) Whenua (land)
- Earthing on Lawn: x2 per day (10min)
- Outdoor adventure: x2 per week
